Four steps from request to document
Each request follows the same sequence. Payment is completed before any completed document is sent to you.
01 Submit your request
Choose the document type you need: an affidavit, contract, NDA, or Special Power of Attorney.
02 Complete the questionnaire
Answer each factual question so the draft reflects your details accurately.
03 Make payment
Payment comes before we send the document. We will confirm receipt by email.
04 Receive your document
Simple documents are usually available within 24 hours of your request, unless we tell you otherwise by email.

Important limits
Drafting only, not notarization
Our service covers drafting, not notarization. Notarial services are not currently offered by Barcebal Law Office.
If you need a document notarized, you may avail of the services of currently available e-notaries. Arranging notarization is your responsibility and is separate from this service.
